Participant information is provided below. Registration is now open for the 2020 Parade!
The following rules must be followed by all participants:
1.) Participants must register with the LBCA before Monday, November 28th @ 5pm.
2.) Participants' displays are encouraged to utilize lights and sound. All displays must be in good taste for a family-friendly event.
3.) To ensure the safety of all involved along our route, all participants must be in/on a vehicle and/or it’s float as no walkers will be permitted.
4.) As this event will be dark, we request that participants do not to throw anything from their vehicle. However, you CAN have representatives located downtown on the sidewalk to pass things out to the crowd.
5.) All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and all vehicles must adhere to state and local driving laws.
6.) All displays will be inspected by parade time to ensure basic guidelines are followed and no safety concerns arise.
