Laingsburg High School Mentorship Program

Event Description

As an integral part of the LBCA's mission, we offer the Mentorship Program at Laingsburg High School. This is one full day in November, of industry leaders discussing their careers, answering questions and guiding the future professionals towards their dreams.

Students often ask the hard hitting questions -- What's a bad day look like? How much do you make? What did you do to get into your position? Our professionals know that students to deserve the real life answers to see if they would really like the job.

Some professionals hold interviews onsite for summer jobs, internships, or jobs after graduation. Additionally, most professionals offer Job Shadowing following this event.

This is an opportunity for students to get a taste of a career path and make networking connections for the future. This program is offered for Grades 9-12.
