Does the decor tell a story or have a theme? 

It can be any story or theme and does not have to follow the Winterfest Theme.

Did they use lights in a creative way?

Do their decorations have the "Wow!" factor? Is there a quality or feature that is extremely impressive?

Is their idea communicated to the audience well? Was there a unique use of objects or design elements? This may include repurposing or upcycling!

Was everything in the presentation executed well? Does it cohesively go together? Does it support Small Business, or highlight something true to their brand?
